CFOM, established in 2006 as a subsidiary of the International Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO), is a management services entity that currently serves eight associations, provides meeting administration, and provides governmental affairs services to two organizations. Our headquarters is in St. Paul, MN, and we have a regional office in McLean, VA.
